I was in an accident on Feb 4th and needed a new vehicle. I started shopping around right away. I stumbled upon this place by randomly calling to ask some questions and spoke with Filip.
My partner and I have had an exceptional experience buying a vehicle from Steele Volkswagen in Burnside. I found that everyone at this location was kind, friendly, understanding, genuine and down to earth. I ask a lot of questions, because I like to fully understand things. Filip and Mike were helpful and patient, and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. And if they weren't sure of the answer then they found out the information for me.
I felt like they really cared about providing the best options for us and our situation. They were informative and welcomed us back if we had any questions at all. I would highly recommend checking Steele Volkswagen in Burnside out if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Everyone seemed to be very nice and friendly at this location. I dealt with Filip and Mike with my purchase. And they were great! We were even surprised with a gift waiting for us on the back seat of our new vehicle. My hubby showed me once we arrived home. I thought that was extremely thoughtful.
